Our Process
Our process follows the Entrepreneurial Operating System® and is built around strengthening the Six Key Components of your business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. We guide your leadership team through a structured implementation that includes clarifying your vision, defining accountability, setting clear priorities, establishing disciplined meeting rhythms, and building simple processes that are followed by all. Over time, this creates traction, accountability, and a healthier leadership team—so your business runs more smoothly, scales intentionally, and no longer relies on heroic effort to succeed.

Dwight Miller - Certified EOS® Implementer
Dwight Miller - Certified EOS® Implementer
Dwight Miller is the founder of Unstuck Advisors and a Certified EOS® Implementer who helps entrepreneurial leadership teams break through what’s holding them back and start moving forward with purpose.
He works with leaders who want more than activity—they want clarity, alignment, and real progress. Dwight brings a steady, focused approach that helps teams cut through noise, regain traction, and execute on what matters most. Known for his ability to balance honesty with care, Dwight creates an environment where transparent conversations lead to action—not tension.
He challenges teams to face reality, make clear decisions, and hold one another accountable, all while building trust and cohesion. Through EOS, Dwight helps leadership teams turn frustration into focus and vision into consistent, measurable results.
Dwight founded and scaled an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company from startup to $15 million in revenue in just four years. During that time, the company earned recognition as a two-time INC 5000 honoree — ranking #29 regionally across five states and #486 nationally — and was named one of Seattle Magazine’s Best Workplaces.
By implementing and running the business on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Dwight built a scalable, high-performing organization that ultimately led to a successful private equity exit.

Trevor Osborne - Professional EOS® Implementer
Trevor Osborne is a Professional EOS Implementer rooted in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene region — and deeply invested in the success of the businesses and leaders who call it home.
Before launching his EOS practice, Trevor built his career leading organizations across law, manufacturing, and construction — serving as a partner at a law firm, an executive in manufacturing and construction, and the founder of a luxury home building company. He’s been an EOS client himself, which means he understands the journey from both sides of the table.
Trevor believes that running a business is an act of stewardship — of the people, the mission, and the opportunity entrusted to you. He’s motivated by business success and by what that success makes possible — stability and opportunity for employees and their families, and real impact in the broader community they serve. That’s what’s at stake, and that’s what drives his work.
As an Implementer, Trevor has guided leadership teams across a variety of industries. He leads with candor and kindness — the combination that builds real trust and drives lasting change. He is also certified in the GiANT Five Voices framework, which he uses to help leaders better understand themselves and the people they lead.
His approach is simple: create the clarity, structure, and accountability your team needs to execute on what actually matters.

Jim Kinnier - Certified EOS® Implementor
Jim is an encourager, helper, and entrepreneur at his core, but it took him a long time to figure that out.
Jim has 30+ years in Sales, Marketing & Operations leadership roles in companies from a $100B enterprise to mid-market to SMB to running his own business.
In 2011, Jim took over a struggling IT services company and doubled revenue in two years but realized that growth creates its own set of challenges for leadership teams. Jim then decided to start his own sales consulting business and has worked with over fifty clients in long-term engagements, helping them grow.
Jim was on the client side of three EOS implementations and got to witness firsthand how the EOS Tools helped his clients’ leadership team solve their biggest frustrations and get a grip on their business. He was hooked and became an EOS implementer in 2017.
Jim has worked with more than 100 business leaders and their teams, helping them to proactively break through challenges and deliver business transformations.
Jim currently helps clients in the Pacific Northwest.
Jim has two grown daughters, six grandchildren, and lives in Spokane, Washington.
