Our Process

Our process follows the Entrepreneurial Operating System® and is built around strengthening the Six Key Components of your business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. We guide your leadership team through a structured implementation that includes clarifying your vision, defining accountability, setting clear priorities, establishing disciplined meeting rhythms, and building simple processes that are followed by all. Over time, this creates traction, accountability, and a healthier leadership team—so your business runs more smoothly, scales intentionally, and no longer relies on heroic effort to succeed.

Six Key Components of Any Business

  • Vision icon

Strengthening this component means getting everyone in the organization 100% on the same page with where you're going and how you're going to get there.

  • People icon

Simply put, we can't do it without great people. This means surrounding yourself with great people, top to bottom, because you can't achieve a great vision without a great team.

  • Data icon

This means cutting through all the feelings, personalities, opinions, and egos and boiling your organization down to a handful of objective numbers that give you an absolute pulse on where things are.

With the Vision, People, and Data Components strong, you start to create a lucid, transparent, open and honest organization where everything becomes more visible and you start to "smoke out all the issues", which leads to...

  • Issues icon

Strengthening this component means becoming great at solving problems throughout the organization - setting them up, knocking them down, and making them go away forever.

  • Process icon

This is the secret ingredient in your organization. This means "systemizing" your business by identifying and documenting the core processes that define the way to run your business. You'll need to get everyone on the same page with what the essential procedural steps are, and then get everyone to follow them to create consistency and scalability in your organization.

  • Traction icon

This means bringing discipline and accountability into the organization - becoming great at execution - taking the vision down to the ground and making it real.

Trevor Osborne is a Professional EOS Implementer rooted in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene region — and deeply invested in the success of the businesses and leaders who call it home.

Jim Kinnier - Certified EOS® Implementor

Jim Kinnier - Certified EOS® Implementor

Jim is an encourager, helper, and entrepreneur at his core, but it took him a long time to figure that out.

Jim has 30+ years in Sales, Marketing & Operations leadership roles in companies from a $100B enterprise to mid-market to SMB to running his own business.

In 2011, Jim took over a struggling IT services company and doubled revenue in two years but realized that growth creates its own set of challenges for leadership teams. Jim then decided to start his own sales consulting business and has worked with over fifty clients in long-term engagements, helping them grow.

Jim was on the client side of three EOS implementations and got to witness firsthand how the EOS Tools helped his clients’ leadership team solve their biggest frustrations and get a grip on their business. He was hooked and became an EOS implementer in 2017.

Jim has worked with more than 100 business leaders and their teams, helping them to proactively break through challenges and deliver business transformations.

Jim currently helps clients in the Pacific Northwest.

Jim has two grown daughters, six grandchildren, and lives in Spokane, Washington.

Our Workshops

  • Kolbe Assessment icon

Your team is full of problem-solvers — but not all problem-solvers think alike. The Kolbe assessment reveals how each person on your team is naturally wired to take action, make decisions, and get things done. Our Kolbe workshops help leadership teams stop fighting against each other's instincts and start leveraging them. When you understand how your people are built, you can put them in the right roles, reduce friction, and unlock performance you didn't know was sitting right in front of you.

  • 6 Types of Working Genius icon

Burnout, disengagement, and frustration at work rarely come from a lack of effort — they come from doing work that drains you instead of energizes you. The 6 Types of Working Genius framework helps your team identify the types of work that light them up and the types that wear them down. Our workshop guides your team through their results and shows leaders how to build projects and teams around natural energy — so the right work gets to the right people.

  • Leadership icon

Great leadership isn't a personality trait — it's a skill set. Our Leadership workshop is built around the proven frameworks that EOS-run companies rely on to develop strong, effective leaders at every level. We teach the 5 Leadership Practices and 5 Management Practices that give your people a clear, repeatable approach to inspiring teams, driving accountability, and getting results. Through our LMA (Leadership, Management & Accountability) training, founders and managers learn how to lead with vision, manage with clarity, and build the kind of accountability culture where people take ownership and follow through. Whether you're developing a first-time manager or sharpening a seasoned executive, this workshop gives your leaders the specific abilities they need to break through their ceiling — and bring their teams with them.

  • Team Connect icon

High-performing teams aren't built by accident — and most team struggles don't come from a lack of talent. They come from the invisible dysfunctions that erode trust, stall decisions, and quietly undermine results. Our Team Connect workshop is built around Patrick Lencioni's 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, giving your leadership team an honest, eye-opening look at what's getting in the way and a clear roadmap for fixing it. From building genuine vulnerability-based trust to creating a culture of accountability, we facilitate the real conversations that most teams avoid — and come out stronger for having them. Combined with EOS Team Health tools, we help your team move from tolerating each other to truly functioning as a cohesive unit. Because a team that trusts each other, commits together, and holds each other accountable isn't just healthier — it's unstoppable.
