When we first signed up for EOS with Dwight Miller, we had absolutely no idea what we were in for... We found out real quick at our first all day leadership meeting with Dwight how beat up we were as owners and desperate we were for order. That first day was HARD work, let me tell you. We dug in deep, let go of a lot of a lot of old mindsets, and conquered even more demons. By the end of the day, the 4 of us were feeling confident enough to run the world! Each meeting we dug deeper and set harder goals, but by the end of our first year, there is little on our goal list that didn’t get accomplished, if not surpassed!
